Founding clients

The founding-client programme.

We are currently building our first client cohort. We are taking on a maximum of five agencies in the first quarter — enough to do the work properly, not so many that we spread thin.

Founding clients get the same build quality as every future client. What changes is proximity: we will be in close contact during the build, and the systems we design for you will shape the product roadmap for everything that comes after.

We are not offering a discount in exchange for a case study. We are offering the chance to work with a team that is fully focused on making your specific operation run better — and will carry that focus forward as they take on more clients.

Real outcomes, when they exist.

This page will carry detailed, specific case studies: the agency, the problem, what we built, and what changed. Enquiry response rates. Compliance audit pass rates. Time recovered from manual chasing. Revenue from database reactivation.

We do not publish case studies until the numbers are real and the client has approved what we've written. That takes time. We are not in a hurry.
